As your humble Pod Pillows founder, I am a firm believer of the power of Hemispheric Brain Synchronization. I have been a student of human potential since the late 1970’s I was first exposed to Hemispheric Brain Synchronization about 3 years ago. HBS truly works. There are many fine companies that produce HBS audio files. My personal experience is with products from “Hemi-Sync” and “Brain Sync”.
Every night I would lay flat on my back and insert my ear buds, or sleep mask with built in speakers and then start up an HBS audio recording. I would eventually fall asleep and then shortly thereafter, I would wake up and pull out the ear buds and roll onto my side and go back to sleep. Because I could not fall asleep on my back and stay asleep, I would not receive all the benefits of listening to a full HBS recording. I simply have to be on my side in order to fall asleep. I tried every way I could to lay on my side and keep the ear buds in place without causing any pain or discomfort. My pillow was always pushing the ear bud deeper into my ear than it should have. Nothing worked.
All I knew was that I needed a pillow with a hole in the middle, just like a doughnut. I never found my “doughnut pillow”. If I had a pillow with a hole in the middle, I could place my ear in the doughnut hole, where there would be no contact between my ear and the pillow. Continued...
